I was given this book for an honest review.

This book was awesome! I loved the simple but effective language and easy to understand moral. Both of my toddlers were able to tell me what the "magic words" were right off the bat, and understood the boy's chosen words did not fit into the guidelines for good manners. I myself, as well as my kids, was drawn to the colorful pictures and felt they were bright without being overpowering. I really enjoyed reading this with my children and plan on reading this book many more times to come!

I read this to my five year old and he absolutely loved it.  Both of us loved the illustrations and the meaning behind the book.  He forgets to say please and thank you a lot, so this was a great reminder for him.  We were very entertained and hope to read more books that my son will enjoy as much as he enjoyed this one.

Around The World by Ana Koza

Genre: Children's Book

Publisher: Book Baby
Release Date: August 19, 2013
Buy: Amazon | Barnes & Noble

Around the world teaches kids about different culture and what make us unique and special. The book will give shot of each characters' lives and they will give us a glance of their country.

I was given this book for an honest review.

This book seems like a good choice for children in the elementary school age group. My three year old liked the bright colors and pictures, as well as the counting of continents as we met someone from each one. I liked that it talked about us having differences but still all being the same, teaching acceptance and friendship. I really liked talking about that with my son, and that no matter what we look like or where we are from, we love everyone just the same. I did feel the pictures were bright to capture children's attention, but that they looked generically computerized. There was nothing special or exciting about any of the graphics. I would've loved to have seen more detail to accentuate the different lifestyles and surroundings. All in all it is a good book and I believe parents will be happy when they read this to their children.
I have a vast age group in my house.  5, 9, 11 year olds and they seemed to have all the same viewing on this book.  The illustrations were great. We all loved the colds and how it illustrated certain areas of the world, but that is where the likes stopped.  Myself I believe it was a little wordy for my five year old.  With the other two it would have been nice to see something that was completely different from america. Although I enjoyed reading this with my children, I must tell you that my kids pretty much said its not a book that would be something that would be continued to be read.

I was given this book for an honest review.
Once again I am introduced to an author that I absolutely fall in love with.  The attention to details in this book was perfect.  I also like that each chapter had same and Cheys POV in it.  Which is something I haven't seen before. Had a great storyline and kept you intrigued all the way through the book.  The secondary characters were awesome too, and what's nice is that hopefully we can get their stories, and more from the main characters.

Chey  was celebrating her 21st birthday at deacons.  She meets Sam and things explode from there.  Come to find out that Sam knows her brother James.  Now with this new relationship in the works, drama is brewing.  Someone is trying to hurt Sam's team, but who.  With some twists and a great storyline you can't miss what happens.

I love this author and I hope to read more soon.

I am a married mom of three perfectly crazy children (They get it from their father.) I'm in school for my BSN. I'm an avid reader and go through books like candy. Romance books are my vice, and you will never catch me not reading something. I've had Boomtown's story floating around in my brain for some time, and finally decided to just go ahead and write it.

Wow, wow, wow, what a great naughty vamp story. I love paranormal  romance. But this was a different twist on the normal.

It sucked me in from the start. So hard to put down. She showed a completely different view of vampires.

It was a sexy quick hot novella. I was left wanting more. I am looking forward to more from this author.

It was wonderful and creative. With a high level of action.

I was actually drooling. A must read!!!!
Go get it, you won't be sorry.

Olivia Starke calls the Ozarks home. One of the most beautiful areas in the country, she loves hiking trails with her dogs, kayaking on the numerous waterways, and enjoying southern Missouri's fresh air and sunshine.

She's also 'Mom' to four dogs, a growing number of kitties that show up at her door, and four VERY spoiled horses that do little to earn their keep. Not that she'd ever hold that against them.

She's a HUGE fangirl of Doctor Who and to a lesser extent Supernatural, and has a pretty interesting love triangle (or square?) going on in her head between the Doctor and the Winchesters. She is also sort of completely in love with BBC’s Sherlock.

Arc review

This is definitely one type of book I truly try to stay away from.  My beliefs are very strong when it comes to the afterlife, angels, and things like that.  I'm an avid believer, but I feel that it is hard to put it down on paper to make it real.  Well in this case I was wrong.  I was totally memorized by this book. The author took a very sensitive topic and made it so real, that it makes you believe.  She told a sad story, and made it about hope and trust.  There is honestly nothing about this book that I can say I hated or thought it could be better.  The storyline was impeccable, no lines were crossed, and it was told beautifully.

Its starts with a deep tragedy, one that will throw anyone through a loop.  The sadness that overwhelms you at the beginning, only gives you hope that something in the book will change.  To let go of someone is not easy, especially if you DONT want to, and well that is how this story starts.  How can you recover if you DONT want to.  How do you live if you DONT want to.  And most importantly how do you begin to live again?  I can't go into details of this book, but I can tell you that this book gives you hope that everyone can heal sometime.

I absolutely love this book.  I would recommend this book to many people and hope they get out of it what I did;  there is someone looking out for you, you DONT have to see them to realize they are there to guide you through life, no matter what is dealt.

  excerpt
“Hey.” I turned when I heard her voice and saw her in the wheelchair, her braided hair over her shoulder. She looked so beautiful I wanted to reach out my hand and stroke her sleepy face. I wanted it so much I had to break eye contact for a minute before I lost control and made a fool of myself. “Oh, hi. I’m sorry, did I wake you?” I asked as nonchalantly as I could, although my heart was beating fast in my chest. She smiled and shook her head, staring at my hand. “I didn’t know you smoked.” “I don’t,” I replied instinctively. Her eyes lit up with amusement and I realized how stupid I must have sounded. “That looks pretty much like a cigarette to me,” she said, pointing. I bent my head and smiled. “No, what I meant to say was I’m not a smoker.” I looked at the cigarette in my hand, and suddenly the words were released without asking for permission. “I used to smoke when I was in one of my dark moments, but I don’t anymore.” What the hell was wrong with me? Why did I always end up opening myself up with her as if she could understand what I’d been through? Why couldn’t I simply lie my way out of her question, the way I’d always done with everyone? “Are you now? In a dark moment, I mean?” She looked up at me and her huge blue eyes widened in concern. Why did she have to be so sweet and so damn beautiful? It made lying so much harder and I couldn’t afford to let her get close to me, to break through the wall around my heart any more than she already had. “Well, you almost—we almost died in a fire. I have every right to be a little shaken, don’t you think?” She chuckled, and as I looked at her I realized I didn’t need that cigarette anymore. I stubbed it out in the plastic ashtray on the small iron table in the corner of the balcony. All I really needed was to see that beautiful smile of hers. The rest didn’t matter. “Good boy,” she said, nodding approvingly. “You’ll feel much better now.” I couldn’t help but smile. She was tearing down the wall brick by brick, and I felt a fire in my heart just looking into her eyes. I needed to break the spell, before it was too late. “Let’s get back inside,” I said, approaching her and instinctively pushing her wheelchair. “I promised to take care of you, and I won’t be keeping my word if you get sick.” “I’m a big girl,” she said in a mocking tone. “I can take care of myself.” “Of course,” I replied, mimicking her tone and playing her game. “I tend to forget that, Your Majesty!” “Colin! Don’t start again!” she screamed, without hiding her exasperation, and I laughed.
  Meet the Author
RobertaAn avid reader since her childhood years and being an only child, Roberta always enjoyed the company of her fictional friends from the children’s books she loved reading, while she dreamed of writing her own stories one day. It was when she discovered novels by authors Rosamunde Pilcher and Maeve Binchy in her teenage years that she realized it was time she put down in words the stories she had kept well hidden in her mind until then. What started as a hobby, soon turned into a real passion and a way of life, until she could no longer keep the stories to herself, and decided to get over her fears and share them with the world. Roberta lives in Italy, but her dream is to move out of her country and live either in a thatched cottage in the Irish countryside or in a country house with a swing on the back porch, somewhere in the United States, where she would love to spend her days writing novels as a full-time job, and maybe one day even get as far as writing a screenplay for a movie.
